Telekom Austria trusts Tallence
The One Stop Customer Portal from Telekom Austria www.aon.at is among the largest internet portals in Austria. Tallence supported the relaunch of this portal with broadband applications based on the Vignette Enterprise Content Management platform.
With only one login into the system (single-sign-on), users gain access to a large range of different applications -- for example Online Telephone Billing, Webmail, Communicator, and Photobook. The analysis of the usage data enables the creation of personalised experiences for the end users. All the Tallence-implemented extensions to www.aon.at went live on and have been successfully online since July 26, 2006.
